How To Order
Ordering from SourceOne® Online is easy. Use the navigation at the top of the page to find the items you need. Then, just click on the “buy” button next to the item description to add them to your shopping cart. You can see your order in progress in the Shopping Cart box on the left hand side of the page. When you're ready to check out, simply fill in the sign-up form, provide your credit card information, click the “submit” button and you’re order will be shipped within 48 hours. Click here for new customer sign up.

International — At this time we are only fulfilling online orders for customers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Already a SourceOne Customer?
If you’ve already established credit with a Nazdar SourceOne location and want to take advantage of the convenience of the e-commerce site, click here to go to the Customer Registration page. You’ll need your Nazdar SourceOne customer number which you can find at the top of a previous SourceOne invoice. Then, just fill in the rest of the brief form, create a password, and you’re all set.

Customer Discounts – If you have established terms with SourceOne and have been receiving a customer discount, your discount will be calculated in your order during the checkout process. If you have any questions, please contact SourceOne Customer Service.

Payment Methods

Credit Application
For your convenience, SourceOne Online has provided a Credit Application as a downloadable PDF. Simply download it, print it, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to the number at the top of the form. Sales Tax
Standard sales tax will only apply to residents of a US state in which we are registered. These states are:

Alabama Indiana Michigan Ohio
California Kansas Missouri Pennsylvania
Florida Kentucky New Jersey South Carolina
Georgia Louisiana New York Tennessee
Illinois Maryland North Carolina Virginia

Shipping Charges
SourceOne Online calculates shipping charges based on weight. Some additional drop-ship charges may apply after checkout.

Hazardous Materials Charges
When shipping ground, SourceOne assesses a charge of $27.50 per package containing items classified as hazardous. When shipping UPS Air, SourceOne assesses a charge of $37.50 per package containing items classified as hazardous.

Some products cannot be shipped via air transport. In those situations customers will receive a call from Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service to make other arrangements.

Our shipping department makes every effort to minimize these charges by packing as many hazmat items in a single shipping container as possible, taking into consideration safety (some hazmat items cannot safely be combined) and shipping weight. Generally speaking, single gallons of screen printing ink will be packed no more than two to a box. Five gallon containers are always shipped separately.

The hazardous materials charge shown on the shopping cart is an approximate charge calculated by the system. Credit card orders are not charged until actual costs are determined. Final charges will be e-mailed once an order is processed and shipped.

Returns
If you have received the wrong item or an item is defective, please call SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713. You will be given an RMA number (return material authorization) to use in returning your order. (RMA # are good for 10 days from issuance.)

You will need to provide the packing slip, invoice number and date. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to the same credit card. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Backorders
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you will be notified via e-mail of your order status and the estimated wait time of your backordered item(s).

Security
SourceOne Online places great importance on protecting information transmitted via the site and will take reasonable security precautions to protect all such information. Our site incorporates the best security measures available, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). However, SourceOne cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure. SourceOne will take reasonable measures to secure and protect all customer-specific information from loss, misuse, and alteration.
